A popular vessel for all kinds of events. Aside from private social parties and weddings, Eclipse is especially in high demand for corporate boat hire on Sydney Harbour. Ask about how we can tailor a package to you. Our boat is licensed for up to 240, however we can also charter to groups of 40!

MV Eclipse is the perfect vessel to accommodate entertainment of any kind. From live bands and dancers, to Laser Skeet Shooting from the front or rear of the boat. We can even have guests picked up directly from the deck by Sydney Jet Boats for some thrilling joy rides around the harbour. Other Entertainment we can arrange: DJ’s, Live Bands, Musicians, Dancers, Magicians and Poker Tables.

Rates
  • 1st January – 31st October $900 per hour (minimum 3 hours)
  • 1st November – 30th December $1,150 per hour (minimum 4 hours)
  • Rate includes Captain, Deckhand, Cruise Director and up to 3 bar/waitstaff when full packages taken. Anything over 80 guests, an additional crew will be charged per 20 guests @ $275 each per 4 hour charter
  • BYO Food Rate Available on Request Sun-Thurs. Applicable Hourly Rate + $20pp (excluding public holidays and special events). Included in rate is Captain, deckhand and cruise director and one floor staff, all additional staff are at $275 each dependant on guest numbers. We recommend 1 crew per 20 guests
  • PLEASE NOTE: No use of kitchen facilities  without our chef. Chef charge $350 for 4 hour charter
    BYO Drink Rate Available on Request Sun-Thurs. Applicable Hourly Rate plus $20pp BYO charge (excluding public holidays and special events). Pre-loading and stacking fridges fee applies dependant on guest numbers. Included in rate is Captain, deckhand, cruise director and one floor staff, all additional staff are at $275 each dependant on guest numbers. We recommend 1 crew per 20 guests
  • Wharf Booking: $100 per booking
  • Manly/Homebush time and distance surcharge, additional $250 each way
  • Rose Bay time and distance surcharge, additional $100 each way
  • 1 hour Transfer rate: $2,200 (not available Friday/Saturday in October-January without food and beverage packages: minimum spend $5,000)
  • Public Holiday Surcharge: 25% on total charter cost
  • If a band want an early Bump in for BYO DJ, Band outside of normal staff arrival of 1 hour before the charter, it will be extra $150 to provide staff to be there to open boat and assist with setup.
  • Bond: $2,000 on all charters to be taken with payment of invoice and refunded after charter and confirmation of no damage
  • We are offering an excellent idea for Sun-Thurs: Free Spirit upgrade, all staff costs included
